I was kindly sent out a few lots by the British Asparagus group this week, so I decided to make this dish, mainly because I had feta in the refrigerator and thought it would be a great idea. Turns out, it was. A quick note about the preserved lemon you do not necessarily need to purchase it especially for this recipe if you do not think you'll utilize it in anything else (since only a really percentage is required), BUT if you do take place to have some in the refrigerator, then I extremely recommend it as I believe it works amazingly with the feta.
