A quick note about the maintained lemon you do not always require to buy it specifically for this recipe if you don't think you'll utilize it in anything else (due to the fact that just an extremely percentage is needed), BUT if you do happen to have some in the fridge, then I highly recommend it as I believe it works surprisingly with the feta.
